PDF to Excel converter

Drop a PDF, scan or photo with tables in it and download them as Excel or CSV. Check the numbers against the original before you rely on them.

Free, no sign-up. Your file goes only to doddo's own server, to read the tables and build your download. It is never saved to a database or logged, and is deleted once your download is ready.

Formula and sources checked

Your file is never stored and nobody at doddo can see it. It exists only for the seconds it takes to find the tables, is never logged or passed to any other service, and is deleted as soon as your download is built.

Tools use the numbers you enter. They do not check live terms, eligibility, limits, account balances or whether a quote is still available.

How does the PDF to Excel converter work?

Your file goes to doddo's own server, which finds the tables and builds the download. Transaction lists are recognised by their date and amount columns even without ruled lines, and pages that continue the same table are joined into one sheet. Scanned pages and phone photos are read with OCR (optical character recognition).

Excel output types amounts, percentages and dates so they sort and add up; CSV keeps every cell exactly as printed. Untick any table you do not want before downloading.

Column splits follow the layout of the PDF, so a wrapped description or an unusual layout can still land in the wrong cell. Compare totals against the original before relying on the sheet.

Frequently asked questions

Is my file stored?

No. The converter has no accounts, no upload history and no admin view. The file is deleted as soon as your download is built, and its name and contents are not written to any log or database.

Does anyone else see my file?

No. No third-party or AI service sees it; the tables are found by doddo's own code, and nobody at doddo can open it because nothing is kept.

Does it work with scans and photos?

Yes. Scans and phone photos are read with OCR, so check names and amounts against the original. OCR can misread faint, skewed or handwritten text.

Should I download Excel or CSV?

Excel if you want amounts, percentages and dates typed so they sort and add up. CSV if you want every cell exactly as printed, for example to import into another app.
